Arrow anime flow frequency

Hi all. I'm trying to use flow animation for the arrows. It works great, but I can't set the frequency in ms, it's like it's not being read. I tried both putting a number, for example 500, and with $ {formatted}.

How are you configuring it? I'm also trying with no success here. mine doesn't even move
