Is this hard to implement? This feature would make this plugin wonderful for those people documenting code.

This is definitely the most requested feature, and it shouldn't be too hard. I've just been pretty busy with work for the last month, so I haven't had the time to work on it. This will be the next thing I take on after polishing up support for inserting into existing tables.
