I'm still working on the remaining functionality. Unintentionally closed by the PR!

There's still room for lots of polish, but the feature is now fully available in the latest pre-release build.

Closing as this is a great candidate for a separate extension.

The current behavior is that resolved comments are collapsed by default. The Comments view now lets you filter out resolved comments. Between these two things you should be all set!

@joshuaobrien yes, I would accept a PR for this feature.
