I just started playing around with this plugin. Could you describe what it's doing wrong with WooCommerce compatibility?

Hi! If I remember correctly, it doesn't play with with individual "product" posts, or at least could better leverage some of the data available for that type of post (pricing, etc.). I'd have to dig in to know for sure.

Gotcha. Yeah, after looking at it more, single products are listed as type article instead of product. There are probably a lot of other product related meta tags that could/should be generated as well.

It's kind of a shame. I love that this plugin adheres to the Unix philosophy of do one thing and do it well. I wish more WordPress plugin authors shared this thinking.
