Current workaround is to delete the existing file then do the re-upload, but that's clunky. Hoping to look at this soon. :)
Just updated to the most recent version of Jellyfin server. Maybe the issue is on the server end? going to keep an eye on things.

I'm getting similar issues as well. I've had better luck with https://github.com/divamgupta/diffusionbee-stable-diffusion-ui which was designed with macs in mind. Not as feature rich though, and unfortunately, there hasn't been any...
I wonder if a temporary fix would be reloading the start up of the application or the authorization or whatever restarting the application does to "fix" it when the error...
