Unable to install FlowText action in Sandbox

Can you please assist me or guide me with instructions to understand how I can get this installed in my Salesforce Sandbox and test it out before I actually put this in Production.

Replace "login" in the URL with "test" on any install package and will direct to a Sandbox login. If that is not what you are asking can you provide us with more information on where you are struggling or any error messages you are receiving?
