QuickChoice - When using InstantNavigation with no Footer is fails when component is placed inside a section

Steps to reproduce

Create a Screen element Create a Flow section Set the Flow footer to hidden (no navigation buttons) Add Quick choice inside your Flow section Set InstanceNavigation to true/checked Try to save

When you place the Quick Choice outside the section, the Flow saves succesfully.

Expected behaviour

It should save.

Actual behaviour

Flow cannot be saved.
