Send Better Mail targetObjectId and toAddress Issue

  • When we specify targetObjectId, it sends mail to the email address in toAddress and targetObjectId.
  • When we enter a value in the Recipient Record Id, an e-mail is also sent to the e-mail address there. But it only needs to be sent to toAddress.
