Attachment's not displayed

After send attachment to article, system not shown attachment below or on "Files" tab. In other hand attachment are displayed on pdf after export (attachment are saved on server). Is any workaround of this issue?

Hi, I have exactly the same problem, did you manage to resolve? I have KB articles but files do not show.
