I totally forgot that I still had AMDVLK installed. I had `AMD_VULKAN_ICD=radv` set, but I just realized, that in the screenshot MangoHud showed the version of AMDVLK instead of Mesa....

Bought it through Origin and it's working now with GloriousEggroll's Proton 4.20. Can't say if that also fixes the Steam version tho.
