Error with synching 13.10

With synching 13.10 I get this message: initialize.go:51: error while reading start time: invalid character 'C' looking for beginning of value initialize.go:31: invalid character 'C' looking for beginning of value

You always need a apikey since some v0.13.x version (not sure what version exactly). Leaving this open since I should add it to the readme.
