OpenAPI Support for API endpoints

It would be nice if there were an easy way to support publishing OpenAPI Specification specifications for api routes. Possibly via decorators on API route handlers.

/openapi.json and /openapi.yaml at build time.

I think this is not specific to alephjs. If there possibility to support openAPI Spec in deno then it will there possibility to use it in alephjs
