Does not work with nodemon

nodemon -x "activemd file.md" doesn't work.

Might just be an issue with nodemon.

I’m not very familiar with nodemon, but that kind of watching functionality is definitely useful, and activemd should play nice with others. I’ll look into the interaction between the two and see if it’s something that activemd needs to do differently.
