[Feature] shows servers net speed settings

If I play on a server and it is lagging, I really would like to know what the server has set as his net speed (upload limit and net speed type).

This information could also be usefull in general to know on what a server you are playing. For example if you see a server with 20 players on it and it has set its net speed to Modem, you probably don't want to play on it.

I'll lower the priority a bit. This is not that important that it should block the next release.

There could be a server command like /shownetsettings which returns some of those settings.
