Cant access the installation page

Hi, I posted an issue last week asking for help on installing Magento 2. My installation would get stuck at 51% because my database wasn't empty. I deleted it an created a new one to restart the installation but when I enter localhost/magento into the browser it goes to an empty page that just says "An error has happened during application run. See exception log for details.". What do i do?

@hesamy I'm not the project maintainer, but this project seems like it was more of a proof of concept on how someone might setup a vagrant box. It seems like the project is abandoned.
