Failed: Local publish for samples does not work right after release

Seems it fails to understand that it ends up as exactly the version, rather than a snapshot, first commit after tag probably works around it, but we should make it work consistently. (I don't remember why I didn't just take the version from sbt but I think there may have been some problem with that)
