[Request] Put downloaded podcast files into folders

Any chance we can get an option in settings to add each episode into it's own folder with the same name as the file? This will come in handy for those using apps that watch folders for new episodes.

Episodes are already put in to folders for each show. Wouldn't you point the app to look at the show folder? What would having a folder for each episode get you?

That said, I have a branch and PR that allows setting a custom path format to use for downloaded episodes. You could use that to set a format that includes the episode title as a directory.
