Use HTTP authentication credentials for downlowding audio files from RSS feed.

Description

In issue #128 it is explained how to input authentication credentials to be used for retrieving a podcast's RSS feed. These login credentials, however, are not being used for retrieving the actual audio files since it is part of only the RSS feed URL.

In some cases this is problematic. There is, for example, this Podcast that does not require authentication for the RSS feed but does for accessing the audio. When opening this feed in Podgrab it shows all episodes but when attempting to play one it opens the authentication prompt of the podcast's source site even though the credentials are provided as shown in #128.

Consequently, downloading such an episode does not work either and it only saves an audio file with "Unauthorized" in it and without any error message even.

Possible solution

I would suggest to simply add the possibility to provide authentication credentials that are not embedded in the URL that are then being used to access bot the RSS feed and all audio files.

Thank you for answering. Unfortunately not since these credentials are coupled to a newspaper subscription I have to pay for. If I can help in any other way please let me know.

I will try to replicate this somehow. There might be a lot of trial and error involved.
