Store podcasts with same title in separate folders

Describe the bug If multiple podcasts with the same title are added, Podgrab makes no distinction on the storage side of things, and so the same folder and image are used for both and only one episode is downloaded between them for each episode number, it seems.

To Reproduce Add multiple podcasts with the same title. In my case, I used Quietly Yours - one being the Daffadillies podcast and the other being a discussion of the old time radio show Quiet Please.

Expected behavior Podcasts would be kept in separate folders, perhaps with an ID in the folder name (or, as a quick and dirty solution, a number) to keep them distinct from each other.
