Maven source jar attachment not searched

I have enabled the experimental source jar indexing in Preferences, but it doesn't find results in source jar attachments for Maven dependencies (I'm using the m2eclipse plugin).

There might be a bug then. But just to be sure, does re-building the index help at all?

I don't know how to rebuild the index other than waiting for 1 minute (which is what the the index auto-update preference is set to). But waiting for 1 minute doesn't help, no.

There's a drop down menu item in the InstaSearch view.

I don't see that particular menu. Maybe I'm using an older version. I installed it from the update site.

I think the version is allright. You can bring down the menu using the down arrow at the far right side of the search view. Updated screenshot:
