[Bug] chapters disappear after submitting when creating new segment-start

not always, but after creating a chapter (or any segment?) and submitting it successfully and then creating another segment marker the previously submitted chapter (segment(s)?) disappear. this only happens for w while, i guess until the server can respond with my created segments and display them after reloading the page/segments.

maybe a local copy of the submitted segments to display until the server responds with them and then delete them could work, or until a day has passed. sort of a local cache for a while

Still happens with v. 5.4.27

when I enter the end of another segment, the previously submitted one disappears
