The wording and style are very much a blog post! Having just re-read the post, I'm actually not sure if this is still our recommended approach, that people create a user with a shared email address. Can we check with the account team if this is still the best way to get non-person-specific tokens to use with CI? It might be that we need new docs anyway, or that we want to stop giving this advice ...
