What

Allow exposing the Airbyte Server with an ingress, exactly like it is already possible with the Airbyte Api Server.
This is merely an adapted duplicate of https://github.com/airbytehq/airbyte-platform/commit/73eaf48d73764fecaa2f91f6c4304a4a55122bc3 (also see https://github.com/airbytehq/airbyte-platform/pull/275).
