Can we add a `CONTRIBUTING.md` page?

In starting the effort on

  • #67

I'm not sure where to start and how to control / tweak / experiment on the codegen processes.

Do we have anything like a Contributing guide as of now, either in our repo or in the Speakeasy docs?

I'm happy to contribute to this one if somebody can point me in the right direction.
