[QUESTION] Are there plans to add an admin client functionality ?

like the python-kafka client has? if yes, i could start with a small PR that would add (what i consider) the most frequently used requrests like topic create / delete / updates

I did think of it, sure we can add it. If you have time - feel free to add basic functionality, will help with API and review.
