Support SASL/OAuthBearer Authentication

Kafka supports SASL/OAuthBearer as an authentication method KIP-255.

We would really like to have this feature in this library to avoid a separate auth flow for Kafka from other pieces in our environment. So I am creating this issue to get the ball rolling (unless it's already being worked on or planned).
