Not compatible with kafka-python 2.0.4

Hey, the version 0.8.1 of aiokafka does not seem to be compatible with the latest kafka-python version (2.0.4).

The StaleLeaderEpochCodeError seems to be removed in version 2.0.4 released on Friday the 21.02.

Manually pegging the versions in requirements.txt is easy temp fix:

kafka-python==2.0.3
aiokafka==0.8.1

aiokafka does not require kafka-python anymore due to a long run of inactivity from its maintainers, see https://github.com/aio-libs/aiokafka/issues/928. Is there a reason you need both?
