Refactoring suggestions

1. Move backend to FastAPI. It has normal asynchrony, data models and its own swager generation from under the hood. It will greatly facilitate dependencies and reduce the number of problems with them.
2. Add hyperparameter loading to the front
3. Add options/buttons for restarting composing in sandbox
4. Add parameters of composing
