Start crawl sends wrong seed to the crawler

This issue is still happening, tough it not always appending `,1`. Right now I'm seeing that it appended `1` in the URLs shown in "Crawling View" -> "Deep Crawling" ->...

deep/focus crawler- Failed to connect to server.

Are you using docker and and [docker-compose.yml.ache](https://github.com/ViDA-NYU/domain_discovery_tool/blob/master/docker-compose.yml.ache) file? There was an issue (#65) with docker pulling and incompatible ACHE version which may be related to this issue.

Any plan to support learned sparse vector search?
