Drop PsuIpAddress completely

Drop ValidationInfo(ui = @FrontendCode(STRING), ctx = @ContextCode(FieldCode.PSU_IP_ADDRESS)) and fix tests accordingly. PSU IP address is not something that can be provided by the user and if it is missing there is just general error.
