Scroll bouncing in flipped combobox with multiple items

The scroll of the list popover inside the combobox is bouncing when multiple items are displayed, but only when its flipped automatically. This prevents the user from reaching the items at the end of the list.

🤔 Expected Behavior?

The scroll should not bounce and work as normal like in case of the non-flipped version. Applying shouldFlip={false} on the popover fixes the issue but is preventing the use of auto flipped combobox popovers.

😯 Current Behavior

The scroll bounces towards the end of the list.
