Updated ASC Logo / Branding for 2.0.0

We need a new logo for ASC 2.0.0. The new logo should be used/update:

• The default logo
• The package manage icon
• The placeholder assets
• Template/page thumbnails

(anything else using the rainbow block)

We can use the "button" effect defined in: https://github.com/Adobe-Consulting-Services/adobe-consulting-services.github.io/blob/master/lib/gfx/psds/acs-site.psd for the package icon (or similar)
