I tried running explorer locally and found that it was failing for node v14 and v16, but worked with v12. You can try running it with v12
your connection profile might be having the channel name as _default, update it to the correct channel or `default`
Follow these step 1. Register the identities for new peer 2. Create the peer node 3. join the peer to the channel

The operator UI is not tested completely, these can be unexpected bugs.
