[Feature request] Add port type to display label

My setup has several built-in audio ports and I have trouble distinguishing between output labels. All of them display "Built-in Audio Analog Stereo". It would be great if the extension can mirror the same labels displayed in Gnome's settings.

As an example, the labels displayed in Gnome settings are:

  • Digital Output (S/PDIF) - Built-in Audio
  • Headphones - Built-in Audio
  • Analog Output - Built-in Audio
  • Headphone - AWEI Y333

The labels displayed by this extension are:

  • Built-in Audio Analog Stereo
  • Built-in Audio Analog Stereo
  • Built-in Audio Analog Stereo
  • AWEI Y333

Kinda confusing, would you agree?
