Gnome Settings output devices vs audio-output-switcher

Hello and thanks for this extension!

I noticed that audio-output-switcher shows more output devices than Gnome Settings.

I cannot see the end of the names so I cannot say if they're duplicated items.

I'm using Gnome 40 on Suse Tumbleweed.

Same! When using HDMI output I can't choose between that and my laptop/jack output. I suppose it's because they're both labelled as "Built-in Audio"?
