Height of horizontally arranged columns not updatable on window resize

I have come back to this project after using it a while ago. Glad to see that it's still here.

I have implemented the horizontal layout (example 5).

$el.columnize({
    width: 350,
    height: 500
});

However, when the browser is resized vertically the columns remain at a height of 500px.

Am I missing something or is the solution to decolumnize and then recolumnize?
