Supporting .svf files?

Sometimes I don't have the .bit file on hand and only got the .svf, it would be nice that ecpdap can program .svf files directly.

Yea, I'd really like to support SVF files, though I had been planning on a separate tool svfdap, using my svf parser plus jtagdap. I don't think it would need to do anything ECP5 specific, right? Just replay the SVFs, which should be generic.

However after writing the SVF parser I got distracted and haven't yet glued it to jtagdap, so that's still TBC.
