Feature Request - Universal Dashboard Designer

Same idea as current functionality in Visual Studio for Windows Forms (i.e. designer view populates Form.designer.ps1 with code as form control elements are added), but for Universal Dashboard development.

I'll take a look into this. Not sure if Visual Studio offers a similar drag and drop experience for web controls but it's possible. I could also create a custom tool as well.
