"Easy install" pi-touch-camera.sh does not install python-picam

Performing apt-get install python-picamera results in:

Reading package lists... Done
E: The value 'stable' is invalid for APT::Default-Release as such a release is not available in the sources

Which apt repository has the python components needed to run this camera?? Should I be building it from source?
