Added cipSend function to library which makes it more flexible.

@AllAboutEE the Adafruit fork of this repo exists because we were sending a couple pull requests to https://github.com/esp8266/Arduino.

please submit your changes directly to the upstream ESP8266 Arduino project. thanks!
