What is the problem this feature will solve?

java is still a very popular language, and most built in URL types are pedantic in ways WHATWG is not. It would be great to have ada-url as an option

What is the feature you are proposing to solve the problem?

Perhaps produce bindings using javacpp?

What alternatives have you considered?

JNA could be an alternative using c wrapper functions, but then performance suffers for every part of the URL structure one wants to access. Having direct access to c++ URL class would be 2x more performant.
