Add tooltip to second map waypoint for time estimations

Description

This update will introduce a tooltip for the second waypoint, providing time estimations to help users better distinguish between route options and identify the one that offers the most time savings.

This component lives in frontend/components/media/MediaMap.vue.

You can find more information on the map-libre extension we're using here.
