Convert home page to docs page

Description

One thing that needs to happen before the release is that the home page should be converted into a documentation page. This is important as we currently don't have use for many of the components that are needed for that page as they would require content from the backend to be rendered (i.e. we don't need a metrics component as of now).

For this it might also make sense to make a PageContent component that could include the image and style it in a similar way that PageDocs does. The contents of the page can explain a bit about activist and direct the user to good places to learn more.
