Add markdown functionality to CardDiscussionInput

Description

In relation to #564, we would also eventually like to add in markdown to the discussion input component. Note that this issue is blocked until #564 is completed.

For markdown we could use the following:

• vue-markdown-editor
• Mavon Editor

Note also that tiptap can be used for markdown as well.
