Finalize markdown functionality for CardDiscussionInput

Description

A final part of #564 that we decided to not include in #1135 is full markdown functionality. Ideally the user would have the option to choose to use markdown for the component. If markdown is selected, then the Write and Preview options are displayed to the user, and if not then it's just the normal what you see is what you get editor. If markdown is not enabled, then we should also find a way to disable the markdown shortcuts for tiptap.
