How much to use?

Do you have any recommendations on how much this should be used?

• I assume forming only 1 connection is probably a good idea.
• Should we limit to xxx requests per hour? If so, what is a good limit?

No rate limits at the moment. Just don't abuse it to the point where Microsoft takes notice. They own GitHub and can take me down

The main limit here is how many conversations you create. Do not create more than 5 new conversations per minute. Not a hard policy, just so we don't stress out our authentication server.

Just don't spam it and abuse it till the point that Miscrosoft notice it.

@timofeiryko See some hints (Bing's chat answers) and quick tests there, ctrl+F for "characters" (limit). Share with us there your discoveries in turn, if it still works for you - it has just stopped for me, alas.
