Current release process issues and future split up

• Site is currently broken on release, need to look into issue with security settings and changes plugin.

• The tag is causing run of the release but that fails as it is also running off master which does the same thing. Need to correct that which should be easy.

Release 4.1.0 did release however without the site and includes all artifacts not just a few so net 9 instead of 4. This did confirm split over to different base parent can still work in conjunction with current housing of project here until new location is created by me to house plugins. The later is time consuming and I want a good naming strategy but likely will end up with 'hazendaz-maven' as a fallback. At that point, this would be relocated entirely to me and thus would not encounter any of these issues.
