Tensor Flow 1.14 is not available to download

while trying to run Tensor flow as the error of GPU and sessions issues which is not compatible with the current versions of Tensor Flow. Even I tried with the Tensor Flow CUDA and other things but no use Can u Help to figure out

Did you try TF1.15?

I did try TF1.15 but it will only accept version 2.8.0rc0 going up
