Upgrade WebSockets implementation to WSS

I am seeing WS connections blocked because the connection is not secure and my domain is. Any chance we could get wss://webmention.io?

hm yeah I can probably do that. Hopefully node.js hasn't changed too much since last time I touched that code. lol
