Support for Jupyter Notebook .ipynb files

Problem: better-comments doesn't work when editing the .ipynb file in vscode. Details : when commenting in the cell of .ipynb file in vscode, there's no color change.

Comparison: better-comments does work when commenting in the .py file.

Expectation: please support for the commenting in .ipynb files.

I remember that it used to work. but now it isn't i'm using vscodium 1.63.2-2 btw
